2. Is shipping really free?
Yes, Tookor provides free standard shipping to the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom with no minimum purchase required.
3. How do I track my shipment?
When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package’s progress directly through the courier.
4. What should I do if I receive a defective item?

5. Can I cancel my order after purchasing?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process once it arrives.

Yes, unlike many retailers, Tookor ships not only within the United States but also to Australia and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free in all three markets.

Tookor is exclusively an online store. This allows us to provide wider product availability and competitive pricing.
12. Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes, we can accommodate larger orders for groups or businesses. Please contact our support team to discuss your requirements.
13. How do I request an exchange?
